S.P.A.'s MEMORIAL WALL

Sweetie was rescued by S.P.A. seven years ago. He was cared for AND LOVED by S.P.A. volunteers until the day he died from cancer of the abdomen, on 12-27-07. We shall miss you Sweetie!
Please include pet's name, birth date, death date, and brief epitaph.
You may make a monetary donation to S.P.A. in remembrance of your pet, but that's not necessary for your pet's photo to be added to S.P.A.'s MEMORIAL WALL.
Digital photos only (not cell phone photos). Please be certain to reduce the size of your pet's photo before emailing to: spaohio@sbcglobal.net. Photos should be 400 KB or less.
We are sorry for the loss of your pet, your friend, who offered you and your family unconditional love. Whether your pet became part of your family as a very young puppy/kitten (or other type of animal) or as an adult, we know it didn't take long for you to develop a deep and meaningful bond with your very special, furry friend. More and more people are celebrating their pet's birthdays, taking their pets along when they vacation, and, in general, have come to realize the important role that their pets play in their lives.
Other stories on S.P.A.'s WebPages that may offer you comfort upon losing your beloved pet are, "The Old Man and his Dog" and "Rainbow Bridge". Both are listed in the side bar to the right.
May you find comfort as you recall the many happy memories you share of your pet. Your life is now richer, and was forever changed by your pet's presence in your life.
Do no stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am the thousand winds what blow,
I am the diamond glint on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle Autumn rain.
When you awake in the morning light,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft star shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there . . . I did not die.
MEMORIAL WALL PHOTOS:

Katie was a dear, sweet cat who we found as a tiny kitten along St. Rt. 12 in a ditch when she was 4 weeks old. She had a very happy life until she passed away at only 6 years of age from kidney failure in 2004. Our Sweet Little Katie will never be forgotten.
