Tush Wheeley - A Very Special Cat

This is an early photo of Tony Tush-Wheely. Compare this photo to the photo taken of him today... February 7th, 2011 (see below).
When a sister of one of the girls called S.P.A. I explained to her that our donations are down and that we are having trouble helping the cats in Fremont let alone cats from North Baltimore. The young lady who called sounded very concerned and emotionally upset. She said, "The only shelters around here who WILL take him are kill shelters, and they will euthanize him without giving him a chance..."

It was refreshing to hear such a deep level of compassion and real empathy in this young woman’s voice. I told the her to take the cat to Tri County Veterinary Clinic for treatment.
Tush was well cared for, there, and when he recovered, he was placed in a foster home.
He was groomed and has turned into an absoltuely beautiful boy! He has been in foster care now for a year and a half. We can't believe that he hasn't found his very special forever home, yet!
Can't you find a place in your heart and home for this very special fellow who was literally "resurected" from death's door?
